At Woodseats Sewing Machines Ltd, we provide expert repairs and servicing for a wide range of sewing and embroidery machines. With over 60 years of experience, our team has the knowledge and skills to ensure your machine is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, adjusted, and fine-tuned for reliable and efficient performance.
All repairs and servicing are carried out on-site in our workshop by our experienced technicians, Tim and Matt, ensuring the highest quality of care and attention. We have experience working with a wide variety of brands, so you can trust your machine is in capable hands.
Replacement parts are not included in the service price, and all prices are subject to change.

Standard Sewing Machine (Basic Mechanical)
A standard sewing machine service is charged at £75.00 + VAT. This includes a full inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and general servicing of the machine.

Computerised Sewing Machine
A standard service for computerised sewing machines is charged at £85.00 + VAT. This includes a full inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing of the machine to ensure it is operating correctly.

Overlockers
A standard service for overlockers is charged at £79.00 + VAT. This includes a full inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing of the machine to help maintain smooth and reliable performance.

Long Arm Sewing Machines - 11 inch +
A standard service for long arm sewing machines is charged at £139.00 + VAT. This includes a full inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing of the machine to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Straight Stitch Only Machines - e.g HD9, PQ1600s, 6700P
A standard service for straight stitch only machines is charged at £109.00 + VAT. This includes a comprehensive inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing to ensure the machine operates smoothly and reliably.

Small Embroidery Machines
A standard service for small embroidery machines is charged at £75.00 + VAT. This includes a full inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing to keep the machine running smoothly and accurately.

Medium Embroidery Machines
A standard service for medium embroidery machines is charged at £97.50 + VAT. This includes a thorough inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing to ensure the machine operates efficiently and produces high-quality embroidery.

Large Embroidery Machines
A standard service for large embroidery machines is charged at £139.00 + VAT. This includes a complete inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing to maintain optimal performance and ensure consistent, high-quality embroidery results.

Top of the Range Embroidery Machines
A standard service for top-of-the-range embroidery machines is charged at £169.00 + VAT. This includes a detailed inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing of all mechanical and electronic components to ensure the machine performs at its best.

VR/PR1x Embroidery Machines
A standard service for VR/PR1X machines is charged at £195.00 + VAT. This comprehensive service includes a full inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing of all mechanical and electronic components to ensure the machine operates at peak performance.

PR Range - e.g PR600, PR680, PR1055x, PR1060 etc
A standard service for PR range machines is charged at £425.00 + VAT. This includes a complete inspection, cleaning, adjustment, and servicing of all mechanical and electronic components to ensure the machine operates at its best.
For any repairs required beyond the standard service, labour is charged at an hourly rate of £95.00 + VAT.
