Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details before sending any items back. We will provide full instructions on how to return your goods safely.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note: original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
